  5. #Day30 #whole30 Made it to the finish line!!! 🙌 🎉Today I had a green smoothie for breakfast (banana, arugula, kale, parsley, mango, coconut milk, cinnamon, and flax); roast veggies (Brussels sprouts, parsnips, curry cauliflower, mushrooms) and grilled #prawns for lunch; and spaghetti squash with ground turkey and arugula pesto for dinner. I’m down a whopping 15lbs, sleeping more productively, feeling way less bloated, and aside from a bout of allergy sickness, way more energetic. A successful experiment with whole30 and an enjoyable one. I plan to keep my diet paleo about 60% of the time just to keep up the good work and results. #eatclean #fitfood #paleo #feelingfresh

  8. #whole30 #day26 and #day27 Memorial Day meant cleaning the house and testing new recipes. I made carrot fries and a #strata with eggplant and toast almond flour “parm”. And lots of roasted #asparagus was had these past two days thanks to our local farmer’s market. Tonight we noshed on beef burgers heavily seasoned with fresh herbs (parsley, mint, thyme, sage, chives), garlic, and cumin and the luxury of caramelized onions and #speck. #eatclean #fitfoods #paleo

     
  9. #day25 #whole30. Though today was in the 70s, it was all about root veggies at the farmers market. So I made a #sweetpotato, mushroom and kale hash to accompany our eggs for breakfast. We has #raspberry chia pudding for lunch after reporting some fresh lavender, Russian sage, and basil. And for dinner roasted chicken and #yucca fries. And a bonus taste of chia pudding made with freh #pumpkinbutter! My absolute favorite! #eatclean #healthyfats #fitfood #paleo

     
  10. #day24 #whole30 today I figured out how to make a frothy coconut milk #latte with my blender! It was amazing! I had one to accompany my roasted sweet potato, egg, and avocado breakfast. Also this mug is from my and @tsasa198’s honeymoon in Australia (Phillip Island near Melbourne), and I love it! Today was my dad’s birthday so we went out for steak house lunches, saw the new X-Men and set him up for his first tattoo appointment ever! I closed out the night with some turkey burgers (made with reserved ground turkey from my albondigas soup and walnut pesto to season), eggs, and yes, another avocado half for dinner. I’m attempting to grow an avocado plant so wish me luck. #healthyeats #getfit #paleo
